A business day is any day of the week that is not a weekend or an official holiday.
The invoice is due within 20 business days, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The terms workday and working day may also be used. In addition to their relevance for establishing usual opening hours, business days are often used for calculating due dates of such obligations as payments, deliveries of goods and services, and deadlines in business and legal proceedings.
